[Free] tag for Plugins section

Currently, there aren't many threads that would need this, but it still would be nice to have so that people wanting to release a free resource or source are able to without using the wrong (and misleading) tag. It would also hopefully encourage more sharing of resources which brings the development community together.

Highly doubt "Free" tag will be added. A while ago "Free" tag was available in Builds section but then in one day without any explanation it was removed (along with "Shop") and people who asked to return those tags were pretty much ignored...I have a theory why Mick doesn't want these tags but honestly I don't see any point to argue with staff if they don't even try to listen to community...

We've removed these forum tags from marketplace forums because they make it far more difficult to split content between being 'Offering' and 'Requesting'. We're hoping to add in a proper filtering system in the future as Justis has said a few times, and once we do that it should be far better than our current system for filtering.
