I’v just come back from my 3 month break from minecraft and I’m looking at getting into things again. I’m offering my services for free I don’t offer much other then support, help, development extra.
I have an amazing management technique I would use from server rules, server events, staff management. There is a lot of things management needs to do so if someone is looking for a manager feel free to let me known on discord (included at the bottom)
Development, I know basic code extra but im not very good at coding plugins so I wouldn’t call my self a developer. Im good at restructuring a plugin via config to make it look fully custom in game extra I’m basically what you call a config editor. I have past experience in doing this.
Adminstration, let’s keep this one simple we just need to make sure everything runs smoothly in game with the players and no issues any issues found will be reported to relevant people on the staff team, also need to do all the simple moderation tasks and helping tasks in game.
Moderation, just make sure everyone in chat is following the rules and making sure everything is as good as it can be.
Why am I offering my services as free? I’m basically trying to re build my port folio and gain a good name for my self. As Iv said Iv just come back from my break and need to learn some new things so anyone who needs some help let me know.
Management path is the one I would wish to go down again as the way I deal with things has always gone down amazingly.
