A Couple of my requirements are as the following,
-Server is already released with a fair player base of at least 5 players.
-Server has a forums using the XenForo software
-Server must grant me full control of staff team
-Server will allow me to work on other servers
-Server has some form of usable store
-Server must grant me access to all Control Panels (Excluding Console)
-Server must have a friendly Ownership/Administration team
-Server must have a little wiggle room to have fun!

RookieCraft
I work as the head administrator currently at RookieCraft I am tirelessly working to improve the staff team in and out of game, I have been there for about 5 months now and I love the community and structure of the server.

VenturaMC
I worked as the Manager at VenturaMC for around two months, I then later resigned for the reason of the administraiton team making the server and the staff team very corrupt and unorganized, I tried to fix it, but later resigned dude to too much stress, I unfortunately do not have picture proof of this one because their forums were shut down.
Starclash
I served as an Administrator for Starclash, but then I resigned because of family troubles, I checked over all the forums files, monitored the staff team and assisted with complicated projects with my time at starclash. I also do not have picture proof of this one because I did not think to take a screenshot while I was working there.
