TIP. You always want to show the person who is interviewing you that you are mature and respect his views and give your point of view and maybe suggest how you could improve the income and what you could do to make his "business" successful, also when applying you MUST show good grammar and spelling! I find these are the main keys on when applying in general and when applying strictly for a Build Team you want to show your creativity and skills at some of the key programs you use to build such as Voxel Sniper and World Edit!

My role as being a Builder in this Setup Business is that I and other builders will build commissions and requests for clients for a bit of money that we share in percentages at the end when the client pays!
