Water marking is an easy thing to do. I get doing it for free, but to indirectly ask for a vouch in return? You don't have to put in any effort. It shouldn't take someone more than a minute to make a water mark unless they're looking for something really fancy, but judging from your post itself, it doesn't look like you're doing anything really fancy.

Did i force them to do a vouch, i have done 2 for many people. And i have not got any super fancy ones yet...
