If you can convert this from the image to html/css that'd be great, excluding the search bar I just need the top part + the button at the bottom (the whole header, "white part"). Instead of bedouin just put like loremipsum and use some example images for everything else like he does.

I suggest changing the prefix to "Offering" because you are technically offering free sites and with "Requesting" it sort of sends a mixed message.
