FREE Webhosting w/Website design ($15)

I am currently paying $18/m for Weebly for my portfolio site, with this plan I can host unlimited websites, all you'd need is a domain. So I am offering a flat fee, I will make you a site using it and host it monthly for $15. This isn't monthly, I am not a company etc, this is just something so i can get a little extra money. Willing to do 2 for free for vouches.

If you're asking if I can use HTML, Weebly has good features honestly, you can sign up for free and see if you like it and if so you can go with me, I won't be giving access to the account for privacy etc, but for $15 with me making the site instead of paying $18/m it's worth it imo.
