Free website forum software

Hello MCM.
I have just opened up my server and now i want to focus on the website side of things. Does anyone know the best software for a forum software that i could use?

I would like it to include a form fill out section for users to apply for a rank or an unban ect. Please let me know on what you think!

MyBB is the best free/open source forum out there right now. Very easy to customize, plenty of styles and mods to choose from, and easy for the common user to administrate.
