If the user was suspended by a mod or administrator there must of been a well thought reason for them doing so. If the user that was banned had a problem with their decision, they would file a appeal and speak with the staff member. Making a post as such will only instigate more drama on the topic; additionally, instead of announcing this publicly you can make a support request, located directly under the "Support" tab. I'm not a staff member here, but a staff member here can definitely back this statement.
