Greetings! FreedomCraft Survival is days from launching, we are looking for skilled individuals who wish to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment. FreedomCraft Survival is a 1.16 Minecraft server. In addition to our unique survival gamemode, we are the only server licensed to operate a new, never before seen gamemode based on an ARG. This gamemode is currently in development.
Job Description:
The moderator position functions as the lowest level staff rank on FreedomCraft. Primary responsibilities include interacting with players, basic level moderation, and rule enforcement, as well as other duties assigned by senior staff. When being assigned work, previous skills will be taken into account.
Position Requirements:
- Age 16+,
- Able to work a minimum of 2 hours per day,
- 1+ year of Minecraft multiplayer experience,
- Does not have console access to any other server.
- Previous experience working on Minecraft multiplayer server,
- Understands basic functions of common plugins such as Essentials, AdvancedBan, WorldEdit, ClearLagg, WorldGuard, etc,
- Not working for any other Minecraft servers.

- Upon hiring, you will receive a basic level of training on moderation techniques, player interactions, de-escalation, etc. All training will be based around FreedomCraft Survival standards. Further training will be provided when resources permit.

- This position is unpaid.
- If working for any other servers, names and rank must be disclosed. If this is a factor, you will not be able to attain promotion to senior staff ranks.
