/FREEE Help with Litebans and Hosting

So basically It won't connect to the database. Ive put the database ip, dont database name, username and pass, still says it wont connect.

Im using PhpMyAdmin

Also, My hosting, when I bought them gave mea code for webhosting, When i go their website it says webshosting is for Cpanel, but I have no idea where to put the code xD any idea? thanks http://prntscr.com/fyxx3o Hositng is fluctis

The reason it won't connect is probably that the web hosting doesn't allow external MySQL connections.

They sent me a code for Cpanel, any ideas where i put that in?

You probably need to go and add a webhosting plan to your cart and then add that as a coupon code.

You probably need to whitelist the IP of the server in cpanel.

I havent got Cpanel, i have got the promotional code, but no idea where to put it
