Freelance Experienced Manager!

Greetings MCM,

I am Spud, or Corey, I am an experienced server manager / community manager. I am looking for a paid position on a server with a decent playerbase (10+).

You may be thinking, who's this guy? Why is he so speicial? I am very experienced when it comes to working with servers, I have many years of experience. Here are just a few of my many past jobs:

I have worked on TheArchon, as Helper. I had to answer questions the community had, moderate the chat and also had to report/ban people who weren't following the rules. I enjoyed this job a lot as TheArchon is a very large server, averaging thousands of logins a day, I loved having a role behind the scenes. Not only was this a job, it was a learning experience. This was in the first year I actually started playing on servers.

I have also worked on many other small servers, working as little as Moderator to Manager. As Moderator I would catch cheaters, make sure everyone was getting along and ensure the community was getting the best experience out of the server. As for being a Manager, I would do a lot of plugin configurations, working hours on hours a day, doing a lot of behind the scenes work rather than on the server interacting with chat. It was a weird experience but I learned a lot from it.

I have owned many servers, ranging from a player base of 5 up to 50. Nothing too special. However, I know what it is like to own and run a server on my own, it's not easy. It's a grind. I was able to overcome the grind and make my server into something special. From this experience, I have helped friends setup their own servers, I gave advise from plugin configurations all the way to the business side of running a server. I love helping out small servers and seeing them grow overtime.

I am not looking for a job as a System Admin nor am I looking for a job as a Developer. I can not only work on your server behind the scenes, but I can give advice from past-experiences. I can have a laugh with the staff team, hopefully bring some joy onto the server, keep everything positive and running smoothly.
