We are looking for more GFX Artists. We find a few clients for each artists every day and we offer 80% of the payment.
At the end of each month that extra 20% from each client. Will be stored up and out of it all 40% will be taken out and if not spent on advertisement it'll be payed to everyone in that specific area.
