My name is Ahgram and I have opened a brand new service team for anyone to use. But I am missing the most crucial part which is freelancers. I am looking for good and determined people who are willing to put in the effort and they will be rewarded. I have decided to give 85% of the money we receive each deal to the freelancers as they are the ones who have put in the effort to deliver a product up to the client's expectations. If a sales rep has brought the person, than 10% would go to them from the deal and that would leave me with 5% profit. In all honesty, I am not doing it for my benefit completely, but for the benefit of all the other stakeholders as I want everyone to be happy!
