This service team offers you 100% commission as a freelancer, with a small royalty fee. How much is the Royalty Fee? And what exactly is that?

I believe the royalty fee will be taken to help improve the service team.
I'd like to ask a couple of questions on this such as what advantage do we get by joining you over other teams or just sticking to freelancing, also do you design yourself?

Well, our royalty fee works by you paying us 5% of all sales that we bring into you (you can have private sales of course) then this money will go towards hiring sales representatives with a weekly pay rather than a commission, and I do not design, I do signatures, and am currently learning to use Illustrator, but as of right now I dont have any designs to sell besides my signatures.[DOUBLEPOST=1531445202][/DOUBLEPOST]

I would suggest figuring everything out before making a recruitment post.

That's still not what you asked? You're talking about advantages of joining that service team over others, while I'm speaking of the service team it's self competing lol
