Freelancers for New Project

Hello members of the MCM community,

I am currently looking for freelancers looking to be employed. I am requesting you guys for a new project that is coming up in the future this week.

Who are you recruiting?:
I am recruiting the following

• System Admins
• Graphic Designers
• Trailer Makers
• Web Designers
• Builders
• Developers for Minecraft & Websites
• Setup Specialists (Discord, Minecraft, Websites, XenForo, ETC)
• Sales Rep
• Staff

How much are we getting paid?:
For each commission you do, you will keep 90% of the money you make (5% Goes to Sales Rep, Other 5% Goes to Staff Team.)
If Owners do it themselves they will get paid 95% and 5% will go to Sales Rep.
For an example if you get paid 20$ you will keep 90% (18$) and give 1$ to the Sales Rep, and give the other dollar to the Support Team / Staff.

Why should we join you?:
We treat our workers like family. We wont disrespect them, we get mad when they are mad. We forgive them, and we give them second chances. We treat are clients with respect and make sure they feel comfortable in are area. If you join us you will have a fair/fun time with us and we won't let you down!

i hate how service teams get so much hate for some reason not to be rude just saying in general.

Well... to be fair, your thread has a click-bait vibe to it considering its not really a project but rather just another generic service team. Also, I made a huge rant thread against service teams and telling the "owners" or "CEOs" of them to read it thoroughly and really uphold the image of a "Great, Reliable Service Team".

Well... to be fair, your thread has a click-bait vibe to it considering its not really a project but rather just another generic service team. Also, I made a huge rant thread against service teams and telling the "owners" or "CEOs" of them to read it thoroughly and really uphold the image of a "Great, Reliable Service Team".
