The title says it all, I'm looking for freelancers that are well experienced with configuring configs and what not, only need maybe 1-2 people. The website is still in development.

Hi, my name is Gavin. I've been creating servers for 7 years of my life. From crappy servers named by South Canada - Yeah.. hahaha to operating a full network by myself. The network that I currently run isn't very uh... popular.. getting players is hard and all with such a low budget, but the server itself is beautiful.
To go more in detail, I want people who have similar experience with configuring configs and following directions by me & the customer. I don't want people who wanna join, then appear offline for 6 days and come back on for an hour and leave again for another 6 days. I don't want that. When I get to know you, I don't wanna get the vibe off of you that your Mr.KnowItAll... and ur so cocky. I want people who wanna work in a team.
How would you get paid?
Well, whenever you do a config for someone through our website, you 90% of the money you made from that sale. 10% goes to the server that the website is running on. I won't be benefiting from that 10% at all. It goes into new hardware or maybe a new theme of our website. It goes to help the website out to get ads, better equipment, and designs for threads/website.
"Who gets what, why haven't I got a config to do"
I don't believe in seniority, its stupid. If a customer gets referred by you to do their config, then you get that configuration, because you got that customer.. you worked for it.. you get it. If a customer comes to our website, and buys a config package and doesn't get referred by anyone apart of our team. They got referred by a thread or an Ad on a forum like MC-Market.. then It goes in a line. Member1 - Member2- Member3 - Member4 - Once everyone gets a config in that line, it will go backwards, like this Member4 - Member3- Member2 - Member1 then it will be cut in half, Member3 Member4- Member2 - Member1. If that makes sense, hahaha. We will guarantee that our team members get configs evenly.
Warning Policy,
You get 3 strikes. You disrespect a client on a forum for no absolute reason, that looks terrible on us. That shows no professionalism. If you submit a config, and the client wants it to be revised and you don't revise it for the customer, and another team member revises because you don't want too, you will get a strike, and your 90% will be cut in half with the other team member that helped you out. Which is fair. If you promote your own private config business to a client that is referred onto our site.. I'd probably just kick you out of the business at that point.

EDIT: Forgot to add, All team members will be given a 1gig server with FTP access, control panel, and 100% uptime on the server that you can choose to have it taken out of ur 90% or just pay monthly (1$) something cheap of that nature
