So basically we offer a variety of service's and need freelancers of many skills!
We accept freelancers of any skill our cuts are between %90-%85 for the freelancer and %10-%15 for the team (sales reps).

Do not work with this team.

Owner is childish and cannot understand the difference between Childish Mentality and being called Mental.

I managed their discord creating codes of conduct, role requirements,and job descriptions.

I also created their logo and thread designs, once the owners true colors had shown I knew it was time to get out while I could.

I then removed everything I provided for them as I did not want any trace of me left behind.

If you are going to work with this team tread lightly with the owner, deal with management instead.

Please, stop this childish behavior of yours.
