What is Limited Services & Development?
Limited Services & Development is a service company that offers everything from simple artwork to complex plugins. Our goal is to provide all types of services for the right price.

What makes you diffrent from other service companies?
Unlike most service companies, we provide so many services for a cheaper price. We know you want cheap and we have brought it to you.

Where can I apply?
In order to apply you will have to make a ticket with -new and then request to apply. A higher up staff (ex. Executives or Human Resource Manager) Will respond with the ticket and it goes from there. All information will be explained witht hat ticket, but make sure to have a portfolio or work as proof.

I did not like the service that was given
If you are not satisfied with your work, before the ticket is closed apon ordering, tell the freelancer that you do not like the current aspect of whatever you ordered. They will fix it how many times you need till its perfect. But if the ticket was closed, make a new ticket and tag an executive or a manager for assistance.

How do I order?
Its very easy to order. Just make a ticket and say you would like whatever to be made. Give your price, description, and any other information that is needed. A sales representative will turn that request into a commission for a freelancer to claim.
How and when do I pay?
Before the freelancer can start whatever you ordered, you have to pay 50% of original price upfront via paypal to [email protected] Make sure that you pay via Friends and family (F&F) and not through goods & services (G&S). The freelancer will then do the work and once finished give you the product. Once you are happy with the product you will pay the other half to the same email.

What are the rates of working here?
The rates can always change but for now they are:
-Freelancer: 85%
-Sales Representative: 10%
-Company: 5

This is just completely stupid. Anyone you dealt with can easily chargeback and you'll lose. Why? You're requesting F&F when you're providing a service. It's against their TOS and you'll surely lose and probably get banned/limited from paypal. I suggest just using G&S and dealing with the fee. Sure it's annoying but you'll have a better chance at chargebacks than F&F deals...

I've actually had enough of this shit. No effort whatsoever and the market is saturated with service teams already. Please work on improving your thread before you come here to state some commission rates that no one cares about.

Your thread is lacking the necessary design to compete with the other service teams.
As mentioned above by Areeb the market for service teams is pretty saturated and from what it looks like (to me) your competitors are way more professionally build up.
I mean sure... you are new and I get that. However, if you want to enter a market where there is a lot of competitors (that already have vouches and a decently high customer base) then going in with such an expressionless design makes you seem unprofessional.
If you were to enter a market niche I probably would not mind that much - as there should be generally low competition in a niche until others get aware of its profit starting to saturate it.
So my advice for you (even if I just joined recently and can´t compare to the experienced members of MCM) is that you

1. Get a professional thread design to compete with others
2. Ehm .... I am a big fan of portfolios so showing what you previously worked on would be quite nice
3. Vouches (A good reputation): This is more or less the key in business. If a lot of players say „This is an awesome service team“, then others will get more aware of you and they will consider buying your service.
I would (imo) always give out some free (basic) work for vouches - until I do not want to do free work for vouches anymore. Free is a word some do not like but it will help in the feature and for basic stuff it is actually quite a lof ot fun as you also practice what you like (Well I am talking more off the view point of a standalone Web Dev as I do not really like service teams. But yeah.)
