Freelancing Staff Member/Developer/Management - Looking for Dedicated Servers

Hello everyone,

My name is Viperfish or Max. I am 17 years of age. I live in the USA. I'm a freelancing staff member looking to aim at a very dedicated server.

What I'm looking for
As the title says, I'm looking for a dedicated server. What does this mean? I'm looking for a server that is either just beginning or has already begun. I am looking for a server that has just begun or begun a while ago with a decent player base and an interactive community. I am useful in all fields on a server as shown in my previous experiences.

Let me also note that I have been able to create various ways of making servers profit more money. A lot of my entrepreneurship skills come into play when I'm apart of the server's management field.

Why you should select me
One of my best qualities is community interaction. This is a big one for any server. If you don't have someone interacting with a community, you won't have players that will stick around for very long. I'm a strong believer in true community interaction.

Another great quality is bringing money to a server. I am great with persuasive skills and correctly pricing items in a server store. This is something that I mastered owning my own servers and learning from others.

I am great with solving problems. Another terrible way to lose players is poorly executing a plan on how to solve a certain problem. This is something that many servers face, is getting frustrated at a member for doing something that they shouldn't have done, or simply having their own issue and a staff member not respecting it. I have built problem-solving skills over the years, and it really improves the morale of the players on a server.
