He is busy lately... He is working hard to get the best possible mark in School, + he is adding more than 200 new users and servers. Not to mention on top of that a site and custom panel developing... I suggest you join his Discord server and create server request ticket in there. How can a host that offers 100% Free Servers without limit on RAM and Storage offer a Custom Panel, DDR4 RAM and SSD Storage offer all of this for free?
You claim MCSHosting (Apparently your other host) just offered to give it to you, when they have only 6 or 7 clients?
From what I've seen, you charge for advertisements around your Discord, but I hardly see 2 or 3 a week.. how is any of this possible?

We have lots of funding through Ads, small Donations and from a few paid giveaways/ads for other discord servers
We don’t download and sell anyone’s files.
We are using the Pterodactyl panel which helps us save the huge cost of a panel such as Multicraft, which would cost hundreds of dollars per month. We aren’t making a custom panel currently but we might do later this year
You say you can get more RAM from inviting people? That sounds like a pyramid scheme IMHO. And how can you keep the servers up for longer than a few months if it is being supported by "Small donations and a few paid ads" if you are constantly growing to provide more and more free servers to anyone whom asks? Also what are you doing to combat abuse?
You say you save "Hundreds of dollars per month" by avoiding Multicraft?
But Multicraft would hardly set you back $20 - $25 US, not that I still recommend using it.
If you have 200+ clients and 200 more, you're at 400+ Clients, each I expect to have something around 8Gigs Storage and RAM.
400*8=3,200 at $1/GB, but you offer these for free? So you make over $3200 a month with "Small donations and a few paid ads"...
Sounds a little strange to me smh.

So do your servers have an auto-shutoff feature? And if so, what percentage of servers are online at a time?

So i got a server to see how it is, What are the server specs because the server seems to struggle to run a vanilla Minecraft server.

Staff Members are completely closed minded and unable to take criticism.
Even though my criticism is quite harsh, It is still criticism under the #review channel.
How exactly do you expect donations out of people when you treat people like this?
This Aky person continued to harass me and delete his messages because he knew he was guilty for said harassment and threatened to ban me.
The reason why I made a review in the first place was that I cared about the nature of the server and I am definitely interested in donating a few bucks for a donator node. But I wanted the service to improve. If staff members are continuously closed minded like this, I simply refuse to use such a service like this.
Not only that but this service has definitely neglected its donators. The donators are suffering from terrible service and although the hosting is decent, the support is disrespectful and closed-minded.
If you want people to help you sustain this service, can your staff team learn respect? can your staff team take criticisms, even if their harsh.
This Aky person took it as a personal attack. Completely unprofessional and makes your support team bad.
My rating still stands, a 3/10. Hosting isn't that great and support is definitely trash.
MY ADVICE TO SERVER OWNERS: Avoid using free hosts, you are absolutely wasting your time. These hosts make compromises to make paying bills possible such as advertisements and donations. With that being said, these support team members ARE NOT being paid at all nor did they get the proper training.
This Aky person is a "SUPPORT TEAM LEADER" which makes it worse, representing an entire team. Don't compromise. There's other alternatives such as Skynode (1gb), and cheap $1 hosts (VA Hosting) and $2 hosts (TitanNodes, CubeJar) which provide the integrity to at least provide support and take criticism.

I'd like to start off by saying that FreeMC is actually pretty good, from my experience they've been pretty reliable with the panel being down a few times (server stays up though). And it's actually really easy to get more than 2gb of ram, you just have to join a few Discord servers. At first when I first saw their site, I was very skeptical, especially that you are forced to connect your Discord account with their website just to sign up, and all the info it asked for made me stay away for a while, eventually I decided to give them a try and signed up to their hosting site. At first glance the website looked like a scam, it wasn't visually appealing:
When I first created my server it took a while to deploy, but I was able to launch into the server panel almost instantly. And to be honest when I started the server it took a while to turn on, my server didn't come with a start.bat so I had to go into FTP and add one, this error would probably confuse new server owners. And overall it takes longer than it should to start the server but I'm not complaining, it's free. In the end the server runs very smoothly and has few drops in TPS. The great thing about this host is the ability to allocate different amounts of RAM to each of your servers, in my case I only have one server but this is a great feature for server owners looking to build a network:
Overall this host is way better than any other free alternative out there, and it doesn't even require you to renew your server or have a certain amount of people online, it's literally free hosting. I think people are complaining to much, some of the people in this thread (and on Discord) who have been bashing this host are acting like their paying for it, who really cares if support is slow (hasn't been from my experience, but others have said it is), they aren't obliged to give you a FREE server in the first place, be grateful for this wonderful opportunity and stop being inconsiderate towards them.
