If you have a server with a 200 playerbase, money for hosting should not be a problem.

I'm sorry, I didn't make it clear: I'm not the server owner. The original owner sold the domain and logo to me. The server I was talking about above is a small test server I bought to monitor traffic.

Actually, you'd be suprised. That's what I initially thought, but after running the test server to monitor player traffic, I was astonished by the number of players joining in.
