I am in no way trying to guide the staff on how to do their job. Our current staff are very effective, consisting of well-mannered and respected members of the community, capable of performing grueling yet necessary tasks very well.

However, it has become blatantly clear that some of us *cough cough Skill* has been treated much better than the rest. Let's first examine the evidence (props to montyburly for collecting the picture):

This particular user "Skill" has used alt accounts on at least 11 occasions, (a severe violation that I was permabanned for before Sentinel spoke up on my behalf) yet has still managed to be unbanned within the next week. What is the difference between he and I? He is a premium / supreme user that has donated hundreds to this site, whereas I'm merely a normal user. Use your deductive reasoning to tell me why he's unbanned and it took me over a month for me to be unbanned (and for just 1 rules violation).

That's not all. The rules say that once a user has received 35 warning points, he is permanently banned. Quote from the MCM Wiki page: "If you receive 10 warning points, you are banned for a week. If you receive 20 warning points, you are banned for a month. If you receive 30, you are banned for 3 months. 35 warning points will result in you being permanently banned from MC-Market without the ability to appeal."
However, this particular user has clearly received over 35 warnings (considering he has racked up multiple 7-week bans for rules violations, which is around 30 warning points right there). Then we factor all the times he has made an alt account, and if we were progressing in 10-point factors for "Rules Violations", then we are at around 140 warnings points.

Further evidence shows the rate boosting of 2 (possibly alt) accounts "Joemotion" and "Ellebora" on his OG account thread (pictures can be found below on Narakavi's post).

He also stated in shoutbox that he paid Mick to be banned, which a picture can also be found down below on Narakavi's post.

In conclusion, I'm pretty sure that the only reason why Skill isn't banned yet is due to his massive amounts of donations to MCM, which is not bad in itself, but the reasoning behind his unban is. If a staff member could be explain the situation for me, that would be great.

Tl;dr - "Skill" deserves to be banned for a lifetime x 4 (so basically 4 lifetimes).

I also recall an occasion where Monty & I were having an argument over ratings in the Shoutbox. We were using Skill as an example of someone who has high ratings and thus would likely never scam, and Skill came and said (in broken grammar) "I wouldn't be too sure about that :3 I scammed in the past" or something to that affect. Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of this, but we're hoping someone else remembers this occurring.

Bottom Line:

Skill has been known on this community as someone who breaks the rules and gets away with it for months now. He constantly pays his way out of whatever holes his bad behavior puts himself in and he has had plenty of opportunities to legitimize himself in this community but consistently falls short of this. How many scam reports have there been on Skill in the history of this website? How many shady scam reports (i.e. THIS & THIS & THIS) do there have to be that are closed because of him managing to weasel his way out of a deal or agreement he made? I think most people agree that he is a snake and that he does whatever he possibly can to make money without any regard for human decency or what is right and wrong. If Skill could get away with it, I am confident he would scam thousands from this website, and I'm fairly certain he has gotten a large amount of his money through shady business practices and dealings that border on scamming. I was very recently contacted by a member Struggle who had a great deal of trouble with Skill and it is this situation that has made me speak out against Skill because I think he needs to be stopped.

This behavior displayed here, whether it's a joke or not, shows that in Skill's mind, he owns this website and everyone on it and he places himself above the rules and laws of the site. He treats moderators and staff like garbage and while I don't necessarily believe the allegations of corruption towards staff are true, it is disturbing to me that he would say that at all, as he did not follow this up with a JK or any sort of indication that he was joking.

We all know that Skill gets special treatment and it's something many of us veteran members have just accepted at this point, but I for one am sick of this nonsense. How many times has Skill been banned in the past few months alone, ignoring all of the times before that?

He was banned for threatening to DDoS a user in October (something others have been permed for) and was unbanned prior to his ban duration expiring. He was banned once again by the automatic system and had that ban lifted. About another week later or less he was banned *another* time, and once again had that ban lifted. After that he was banned again, because of hateful comments he made towards the user Batman in our thread located here. Interestingly, after this thread that publicly showed that he bribed staff (or joked about it) was posted, Skill was forced to serve out his full week ban. Now, here we are a short time later and Skill is banned yet again, for only a week. Previously I was banned by the automated system for *3 fucking months* out of the blue. And yet here is Skill's fourth time being banned by the automated system, and he still only gets a week rather than the month, then 3 months that it lays out in the rules.

There's something wrong with a member when they get banned 5 times in three months. And there's something wrong with the site when that user continues to get unbanned and receives consistently special treatment in comparison to other members. I say all members of this site should be equal, and nobody should receive special treatment like Skill does.

He should be perm-banned for the alting alone, and it is bullshit that he is not. How can staff justify banning anyone else who alts while allowing Skill to freely do it? The rest of the stuff I mentioned is just bonus points.

I won't even get into the rate-boosting or the fact that he pays people to post on his threads vouching for him.

Staff, please put a stop to this nonsense.

It sure wouldn't make any sense at all for someone whose last profile post was "Losing 1k ratings hurt my heart." to pay someone to go and rate-boost him up to 5000 ratings. It makes much more sense that someone just randomly did that for no reason whatsoever.

We all know for a fact that Skill used to pay people to boost him and post in his threads to bump them/vouch for him. His threads used to be filled to the brim with 1 post accounts that said the most trite bullshit vouching for him and saying good things about him, all in the same style of language. I used to take pictures of Skill's OG name lists and then would watch his thread to see people vouching saying they bought an account. The list would not change - no name had actually been sold. I would ask them what accounts they bought from Skill in PM's and never received answers. When I publicly posted about it, my post was removed.

Everybody on this website who has been here for long knows that Skill is shady and the only people that would defend him are the people who stand to gain from him remaining here.
