I'm the owner of a little friendly survival server and I'm looking for a new spawn. My server is friendly and very simple so, I need a spawn at his look, simple, friendly and above all, very handy.
For this reason, I have some requirements.

I'm the owner of a little friendly survival server and I'm looking for a new spawn. My server is friendly and very simple so, I need a spawn at his look, simple, friendly and above all, very handy.
For this reason, I have some requirements.
The most important, I paid 20% when you start, 30% at the halfway and the 50% left when you'll finished my commission. If I do not like the build at the halfway, we stop and you keep the 20%. By offering me your services, you accept my conditions.Requirements :
1 - General :
- An island, divided into 2 parts (Village and forest)
- About 150 x 150
- An important (cliff) relief on the forest's side
- A flatter area for the village
- Medieval / viking spirit must be here
- Must be handy and convenient
- About 10 at 12 different houses.(Same style but some with one more floor)
- The main house (spawnpoint) must be on a small hill which overlooking the village
- A main square with "shops" (about 5 - 6 shops)
- Village must be friendly and the houses shouldn't be too far away
- Custom trees (Spruce or oak)
- A lumberjack hut (same style as the houses)
