Most staff Mick hires are inactive. One of the people I see every single day, in SB helping others out, is Deleted User 60850.

He is on almost every single day, typing away in shoutbox and inspiring people, telling them not to give up. He is qualified for chat-mod and I think he would be excellent at it.

Kinda is necessary, we have like no staff active in shoutbox, and don't you hope Mick picks him?

Friendly will only be a chat mod in due time if he stays active and helpful and Mick and the staff agree he should be staff.

Threads like this won't increase his chances and it's actually not allowed to do this.
1.11 Do not post content requesting the addition of a specific member into staff, staff are hand picked when necessary.

Believe it or not, at least ONE staff is on daily. It's normally Justis though. Mick is sometimes on at midnight-ish.
There's a small chance you'll get warning points for this though, just as a warning.

They're on but generally don't talk from my experience. They moderate as ghosts. If they chat, they tend to get bombarded with requests for support which they ignore almost entirely because the shout box is not the correct place to request support.

Just because you don’t see any work being done by staff members it doesn’t mean that nothing is being done, because most of the jobs that staff do are behind the scenes and not seen by our members. Please read our rules in the future because posts suggesting others as staff does break our rules.
