Why do so many users use this option on MCM? And how can you win back a F&F case if a user does scam you?

I thought paypal won't allow it. I've heard of unauthorized access, and I've tried to do it before, but paypal denied to take any action to help me...

Get a VPN -> Connect to it when you make MCM transactions -> Complain that your account got hijacked if you are scammed.

B-You can win it by stating what happened & showing clear proof
C-You need to use a VPN, if you want to do Unauthorized Access

I've stated before with clear evidence of someone scamming me, and I did not do unauthorized access. Paypal just told me you voided your buyer protection, no matter what proof you use you can not win a F&F.

But cool... . I usually just pay the fees on services and easily chargeback since I have clear proof of scammers but if any peeps wanna do F&F with me on MCM from now on I'll probs look into using VPN. Does any VPN work? Cyberghost, Hotspot, DotVPN, etc?

Honestly, I believe that MCM shouldn't accept scam reports if the transaction was F&F. 99.99% of the sales/transactions on here should be G&S.

No, If you are using Goods & Services, you have the option to chargeback.

Even paypal themselves discourage the use of Friends and Family. The only reason I find with F&F to do is not to pay fee, but avoiding a small fee with your payment risks you from charging back on paypal against scammers. Most scammers do deals in F&F!

Yes but that still leaves the scammer on the forums... just because you can chargeback doesn't mean #1 you will win and #2 that the scammer shouldn't be reported.

You have the full right to report them if you are using G&S and they are scamming you.

True to #1. As for #2, that's the fault of the buyer since they chose to do F&F and knew the consequences of not winning their money back... By using a VPN you're intentionally claiming someone fraudulently accessed your account and if Paypal finds out, your account is screwed. If everyone did payments through G&S and used paypal properly there would be no issues with #2

F&F should only be used if you are giving a "gift" to someone, or you know that person IRL.

Again, as I stated above with Gruss that if you send through Friends and Family it is meant for "Friends and Family". Meaning you'll know the person, or trust them enough to not have to chargeback. If you choose to do F&F that is your risk and that is paypal's policy.
