Frisk Stick

I need a Configurable Frisk Stick that can be used for my DrugCraft Server.

The Frisk Stick will need to be able to do the following:
-Search the Players Inventory for Drugs (Configurable by config.yml)
-If they have drugs they need to be transferred to the player that is using the FRISK ITEM.
-Automatically Send the players to jail if the added number of drugs all together in the VICTIMS INVENTORY Exceed a certain amount defined by Config. (Jail function should work with Essentials jail, or a jail that is better. I'm Open to Ideas.).

I am honestly looking for a Quote as well as a Time Frame. I am currently Offering at least $20. But I am willing hear what you offer regardless of Price.

I am 22 and I have a full time Job and can pay half of the money up front if you have a considerable reputation.
