My quote for you is upwards £10,000. Well outside of your budget, so there's no point even saying it.

Been engaged in conversation with user for a couple of days, and offered him basically a skin/integration for a shopping cart that was within his budget (made it clear backend edits cost ALOT more). Needless to say, he's a time waster. I recommend developers stay away from him as he's just sent me a $33.00 script thinking that my price should now be less than $100.

Good luck finding someone to do this, I doubt you will without being scammed.
