it has nothing to do with the EULA seeing the eula only effects servers who make over 15K per month,Im selling it because i don't have the time or the patience to run a server currently and would much rather do other things[DOUBLEPOST=1457079111][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm not saying that you are a fake or fraud or anything, I'm just saying that you are likely to be selling FrontierNetwork due to those reasons.

yes but they are only targetting servers that do, They don't have the time or man power to monitor every single server

I know they don't, but servers that actually have a big playerbase estimation such as over 100+ is considered as a threat to them and if they have found out they haven't followed the EULA

they haven't officially told anyone to enforce it all they have done is send emails to some of the massive servers nothing more and if im aware most of them haven't done anything yet

Yeah primemc did it too. Elmo your playerbase will be disappointed in you. And A lot of charge backs are prop incoming. + Half of your servers playerbase is pretty much your viewers
