Yes, and a lot of other things like miss advertising.

I feel that they should've added the "24 Hour Chargeback Policy." I know I said that many times, but.. You shouldn't add that only if there was a problem from their side.. Like, what if someone didn't like the panel and they didn't know about it.. ._. Or maybe it's just me.. I ordered from them since they had tons of vouches, but their ticketing is slow, adding the dedicated IP is slow, adding the addon was slow.. :L

Mehh, I wonder where they spend the money in 24 hours. It can't be the servers because I'm pretty sure they already bought it and was prepared for the clients. If you can't refund in 24 hours for your clients, then who's going to buy you again?

This host is the worst host I've ever used and I had about 2880 hours of straight downtime,
My 6 month plan is now over and it was the worst 30$ I've ever spent,

More like 99.9% downtime, and 32 hour support ticket response time. They said I never made a backup with their backup manager so they can't restore my files, despite me getting an automated email saying 'server terminated - backup available' (download lead to Nitrous networks site). I find it stupid they formatted their servers without backing up the data. I'm just asking them stupid questions till my plan ends next week. Also, I asked to be moved to a node in Europe, and I end up on one in America.
