To be honest, Just reading your thread has turned me away from ever hiring you guys. The poor grammar and spelling have indicated that you are not really professional. Sorry if this seems harsh but its what I believe.

Regardless of English skills (I don't see any actual spelling mistakes other than the age old "your/you're", something I've seen actual pros do. nvm the grammar), It would very much help your recruiting if you showed off some of those past projects of yours that you've been able to find. That way people would know what kind of projects they're gonna be working on.
