Good afternoon everyone reading this!

I've
decided that its time to ask for some help with a small business i wish to bring. So FrozeNodes will be a brand new innovative website hosting company that works based on Website Hosting, Gaming Hosting & Virtual Private Machines.

Id like to say that were currently in the talking stages of bringing the company to the internet but about myself i have owned many successful and some not so successful hosting companies in my time the latest one was Corehost managed to get £1100 in the last 3 months of trading but due to being the only person running the company at the time i had to close it due to health reasons.

id love to click my fingers and re-open from where i was that would be fantastic but Unfortunality not possible. So here is why FrozeNodes has come into action the decision to start fresh was something I've thought about a lot in the previous weeks and have just finally decided that it may be a good idea.

So our host is aiming for the budget part of the community we don't plan on bringing expensive servers for people to purchase i believe in keeping the products cheap but the service and support top notch! We have 24/7 customers telephone support and a active Live chat that will be monitored from the following times.

Monday : 10 am - Midnight
Tuesday : 10 am - Midnight
Wednesday : 10am - Midnight
Thursday : 10 am - Midnight
Friday : 8 am - Midnight
Saturday : 8 am - Midnight
Sunday : 14:00 pm - Midnight

The tier of support are as followed!

Tier one support : Will focus on Discord chats
Tier two support : Will focus on discord and live chat tickets
Tier three : will focus on Discord and live chat with the exception of client tickets too
There will also be supervisors that will have access to the telephone support.

So that's some of the company I'm opening - Currently looking for the following roles.
- Tier one support
- Tier two support
- Tier three support
- Supervisors
- Technical Management
- Support Management
- Sales Management
- Investors / Co Founders

Payment : All Roles are paid based on the level you are!
