FrozenORB Koth Plugin

Hey. I'm wondering if anyone has/has similar Koth plugin to the frozenorb servers. (Velt/Arcane) And it must include these features:
Conquest, Koth, Citadel
Custom obtaining message (editable in config)
Able to change everything in config like the Koth tag [KOTH] or [KingOfTheHill] etc
Able to change the capping, Knocked, canceled etc Messages
Able to change the times and colors of each koth, citadel, conquest
Must have a test server that i can be oped on to test

Budget: 50$

Not many people (if any) have this plugin already so it’d have to be custom made. The hcf cores are non exclusive which is why they are that price.

What core is decent and sells for $50? Even non exclusively, there are no good cores on MCM. It's either notorious, skidded, shitty fork of ihcf/para, or some 'custom' one that can't hold 50 players.

I'm searching for this koth plugin because I may use it with another hcf core that i would buy but Notifyz's core is Insane

For all these people saying 50$ isn't enough, you are actually dumb. Writing the most basic form of a configurable koth plugin is around 500 lines. Adding citadel is just another 50, conquest takes around 500-700 depending on how you code it. About this, it took me like 1-2 hours to fully make a koth plugin and fix all issues I had with it, not only that it had a Citadel/Palace built-in to it that just changed the display on the sb, rewards, and base time. Conquest may be the factor for a higher price here but it isn't hard nor would it take long to do.

As a previous Sr.Mod on riotmc we did not use a separate kith plugin. Alfie made the ihcf fork with a custom event system in it. Which includes Koth and Conquest.
