I am like really frustrated atm, because I got scammed. Not like a massive deal, no it was actually only $5. And the reason I am pissed is because I blindly trust people and end up losing.
Breakdown:
I was going to sell our old friend (actually nobodies friend) Floyd2019 a Minecraft account named "Tozie" for only $3. I told him to send the money to me through F&F on PayPal, but he ended up having to pay a big fee, so I agreed to let him send me the money through G&S.
After this he offers to give me $5 if I go first, and since I blindly trust people I agreed to do this. I sent him the account details and gave him around 15 minutes to change the account info and all that good stuff, before I contacted him about paying me.
When I talk to him he starts going on about not being able to change the email of the account, so I ask if I should try to log in and fix it for him. He says "Yes please", so I try to log in to the account. Due to him changing the password on the Minecraft account I log in to the email to reset the password so I can log in, and I notice 2 deleted emails saying that the security questions has been set and the email was changed.
Note: During the entire conversation he keeps begging me to reveal the UFA provider I used for that account.
I immediately recover the account back to the email I had access to and did my best to keep it there, while I was arguing with this user. After a while of arguing and trying to keep the account I said to him "Send me the money and I'll leave both you and the account alone." which he replies with "fine whats pp again". I thought the deal was done here, and we managed to get the account transferred to his new email account.
Now this is where the good stuff happens. I let him mess around with the account again because I genuinely thought he was going to pay me this time. After a bit he tells me that he has managed to lose the account (he could no longer access the email). We go on again, and I offer him "Strops" as an addition without having to pay anything extra, only because we had that argument and all so I wanted to be nice to him.
When I tell him to pay me first this time, he says ok and says that the money has been sent, but I never received anything. I tell him to pay me or I will open a scam report for not paying me for that first account. And now he starts begging for the UFA provider again, and even offers an additional $5 just for me to tell who it was. I said no and that's where this story ends.
So... I only wrote this because I am really frustrated (not that those $5 is a deal breaker at all), and because I wanted to explain my latest false negative reputation.
I want to add that the account I sold was "lost", but almost 2 hours ago, a BRAND new MC-Market account was created, with the name "Tozie". He has a Discord and everything, and he is apparently a Semi-OG seller and buyer. He even has the skin of the Tozie account, even though there is no way he can own the account, so why would he use the skin as pfp?
Just wanted to point that out to anyone that might do business with the guy in the future.
