Full Custom Server Setup Needed

I would like to get a quote on what it would cost to setup a BungeeCord server (I currently have 6 servers for this project through Shockbyte) to include the Proxy, a Lobby (Custom Build 100 x 100 minimum quote or possible paid map download) a Skywars server with at least 20 arenas for players to choose from (this can be a downloaded map, as long as it is legit and not pirated), a Factions server, a UHC server with at least 3 to 5 lobbies to choose from, and a Plot based Survival server with Economy plugins. I would like to have all the bells and whistles as far as plugins go for all servers.

I had all this set up after paying someone else to do it and found out that they used pirated maps and plugins so we have to start from scratch. A few of my group have tried helping to set this up ourselves, but while they mean well, we are sadly lacking in experience and knowledge to accomplish what I want. I want everything to be legit as the end goal is to compete with some of the larger servers within 2 years. I have a fairly large budget for this project and plan on hiring an Experienced Server Manager and paying a top rated Minecraft Youtuber to promote the server when it is complete.

The current GB of the 6 servers I have are: 2 @ 1GB; 2 @ 3GB, and 2 @ 4GB. I can purchase more as needed.

Timeframe to start: I would like to have this Start on or around the 1st of September.
