Who am I?​

I am a Minecraft server developer. Most developers make certain plugins for servers. I will stay with the server not making one plugin for them, but stay with the server as the server’s developer. I am can do all sorts of things for you server and the plugins I don’t make such as premium chat plugins I will bring myself. When I am not coding, I am looking for ideas so I can make the best quality and best looking servers and plugins out there.

What can I do?​

I can do pretty much everything. I have made lots of dull servers into very fun and good looking servers. I usually make plugins for 1.8, but I can make them compatible with 1.9 and 1.10 if needed.

- I am very experienced at making good looking plugins (This is very broad so let me explain. I can make plugins where there are GUIs, animations, and music)

- I have been coding Java for 1.5 years. I acquired my skills from professional courses that specialize in Java.

- I work well with others in the case of a team, but I prefer to be alone personally.

- I have experience with html if you do need help with setting a website up.

- I can change current plugins around (Whether this means changing simple commands or the entire plugins GUI etc.)

Payment & Cost​

When I am working for your network I am constantly on call meaning that if I am not sleeping or in class I will stop what I am doing, get in a call with you and help you out. Now, because of this I am 100% dedicated. Because of this I charge 15% of your revenue. If you are a newer server I will help you out until you get advertisement and are on your feet before charging you. I will usually expect payment every month, but you can pay me weekly if you would like, but I only accept payment over PayPal.

What to expect​

If you decide to have me on your server then you will need to expect a few things. When I am making plugins for you I will require I detailed description of the plugin. This will make both of our lives easier. Also, I will need to have full FTP access and OP. It is your choice whether to credit me or not on the server with a tag. Next, there are sometimes slight bugs so you may encounter a bug, but that’s why I am on call so you can have me fix them quickly.

I think what he means is that he will only work for servers so he wont take any jobs other than that. I think this is perfectly reasonable

As another developer on this site I have some advice for you.

- Don't stick yourself to one server. You will get bored and fed up. These "donation cuts" you're asking for will most likely never get paid to you.
- Do some "vouch copies", make free small plugins for higher rep members, in return they vouch that you're legit.
- Once you've got some vouch copies start doing per plugin commissions and get some proper money.

Do per plugin commissions, don't sell yourself out. I have been in your situation before and it never works out and you end up being demotivated because there is no proper motivation for you apart for 15% of cuts that might not exist.

Instead of that 15% commission you can get paid 5 or 6 times that a month just doing freelance work.

Just my suggestion anyways, good luck in your ventures.
