So I did a commission recently for money and this server. I'm just looking to sell it for a fair amount ASAP.

It has a full spawn. Roughly 100x100. It has custom chat, very clean chat config. All the group of configured. Basically everything you need to start a mainstream faction server.

I've taken some screenshots of spawn, plugins (most of the plugins are fully configured), and proof of ownership:

Within the screenshots you have provided there are premium plugins, I wish to inform you that these will have to be removed. However, you're allowed to keep the configurations files!

Could you specify which ones are premium and I will gladly remove those and notify the buyer of that.

Agreed, but I'll go in more depth.

In the Multiverse config file, please disable "prefixchat". It will remove the [world] from the chat.
The prefixes are decent, but they could definitely be worked on. Also, after each prefix add a space. [Owner] Religion.

Other than that, looks sexy GLWS

These are the ones I could find within your screenshots, I would recommend checking yourself to avoid the ban for redistributing premium plugins.
