Full HCF plugins folder

Hello everyone, names Downster.
I'm looking for JUST a plugins folder that has all the needed HCF plugins, and someone that's also willing to config the plugins for me, like pex and a couple other.
Also looking for someone experienced with HCF and the commands that players get like no /spawn or /tpa. Only staff would have access to those commands.

I know this isn't hard to make the only money for you here to be made is within the config. If you are interested comment something below letting me know you pmed me then pm me your price. Looking for as cheap as possible.
