Uh, for a custom control panel I'd imagine that'd cost.. a lot..
Well, since I've done the following, here's what you're looking at for quality:
Custom Control Panel: ~$350-500 to start. Unless you find a dev to work in house on a salary, this can be extremely expensive.
WHMCS Setup: $16/mo. then pay for a website integration ($20-$30).
Website: Template - $15-$50 or Custom - $50-$250
Basic Graphics: Logo, Plan Elements, Etc. ~$50-$75
Basically, you'll be into the thousands by the time you're all done with everything. It's best to go simple in the beginning and advance from there. You'll save money in the long run and you'll be able to apply that extra money in future.
