Full server setup

Looking for a full server setup to eventually turn into a network. I got a pretty big budget, but this budget is for the server, hosting, advertising, etc.. I am mainly focused on skyblock setup but want a developer who I can work with long term and be the main developer of the server. Please send me message on discord with past work and references.
