Managing a new server is enough stress in itself. It’s time to take on a new partner that will fully staff, manage, and grow your staff team. I have 3 years of management experience and 5 years of regular staff experience on servers reaching 300+ players.
I will create a custom staff guide, interview and vet each team member, and divide responsibilities to the appropriate parties.
I am looking for partners who are server development focused so I can efficiently run the staff/community side.
Areas of expertise: OP Prisons, SMPs, & Dungeon style servers.
