The role of being a full time developer for BlackOutMC will be a paid role. The method of payment will be directly through PayPal. We will be discuss how we will pay you the developer in a dm chat. Payments will more than likely be based off of profit from, the server.

You're being vague, do you mean to say that we're being paid a cut of donations? Because profit comes from donations..
