Full-Time Developer for new Minecraft project

Hello,
I am requesting a developer with a lot of experience to create fully custom plugins for a unique project I will be creating.

Obviously, I'm not looking for someone to do this for free, however the way I want the pricing to be done is by either:

• Giving me a quote before creating each plugin and be paid per plugin
• Being paid at the end of the project (I still want a quote on the price each plugin would cost to create)
• Coming on as a full-time developer for the server before and with release and being paid at the end of the month.

If when you hear the idea, you think that it could be "the next craze" in the Minecraft community, and you wish to be apart of it, I am looking for another Owner as at the moment, it is just me and I would like another Owner. If you decide to contact me upon this role; you will need to still be able to create the plugins, and you will work for free. You may think "I'll get nothing out of this" Only contact me for information on being the second Owner after hearing the idea and having complete faith in it. Both myself and the other Owner will receive a percentage of the funds from donations, the rest will be kept and put towards the server.
I can do development, however; my expertise is definitely towards management. I enjoy and I am rather good at managing finances/budgets, advertisement, staff and community management and making sure everything gets done. I am not willing to do this to just mess around.

I don't offer full time development unless you pay my monthly exclusive price ($,$$$) which I'm presuming will be over his budget. I'm also booked up until the 1st of October anyways, maybe further after that if the client decides to book me up again.

I'm only looking for small plugins at the moment due to being occupied by someone paying said monthly price. I'm sure SherRao might be able to help with what he needs
