Full-Time Developer - Minebo Network

Hello,

My name is iReebok and I'm seeking for a developer to work beside me on my network. Minebo is an Australian based server consisting of Hardcore Factions, Practice, Kitmap, Bunkers, Original Factions and Minigames. The server started in 2013 with just factions and slowly has progressed into more variety of server gamemodes. The server has a playerbase of around 50+ to 70+ daily and even more on our start of the worlds.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of craftbukkit/spigot experience with deep understanding around it.
- Experienced with spigot, bungeecoord and TCP/UDP based protocols.
- You must be able to speak english, good communication skills and or productive person.
- Have experience with SQL, MongoDB and Redis.
- At least be 16 years of age.
- Able to speak verbally, use teamspeak, telegram and discord.
- Must have atleast 15+ reputation on the forums.

Then this should be in Requirements I think. Also, can you explain why this is important for you? due to timezone? or something different?

The reason why I need Australian and or New Zealand citizen identification is so I can enforce the NDA/Contract if any terms are broken. If you're somewhat from a different country such as america, I won't have any protection and won't be able to enforce the NDA/Contract in my favour.

I can assure you with the amount of work you do will reflect on how much you get paid. I don't expect a developer to get $sameamount every week if they are doing small tweaks.

Well, I'm looking for a spot somewhere and have played on your network before, was a bit gutted when I saw this, however I understand you can't force any legal action against people if they're out of your legal district.

However if you contract a LTD company and they sign the contract under their name then it's fully possible to track down and take action due to them being part of the companies house.
