Full Time Developer ( Paid Monthly )

Hi there, I run a Minecraft Factions Server. We're looking for a few new developers to work for our team. You'll be paid monthly and will have developer rank on the actual server. Were looking for a developer who isn't lazy and can get a plugin done very quick and fast when told.

Requirements
In order to be hired, you need to have the following requirements, obviously, we can negotiate:

• Experience with databases (Mongo, MySQL, Redis, etc.)
• Fluent in Java, and know the bukkit API.
• Worked for Servers/Networks In The Past.
• Understand the concept of Factions.
• Ability to use external APIs. (such as other plugins/libraries)
• Good practice, and knowledgeable.
• Easy to work with/good communication skills.
• Have teamspeak and skype.
• Have a microphone.

Payment
I've got a decent budget to pay you monthly. I just need you to basically make the plugins I ask for. You do that at the end of each month, You'll be sent a payment

Well it would be any plugin I asked for. I don't ask for LARGE plugins like minigames, so if you guys was wondering that then don't. Just the biggest I would ask you guys for it maybe like something to do with a crate of some sort.

What happens if the developer isn't able to get a plugin you asked for done in a month and it becomes time to pay him/her and you don't want to because you asked to too large of a plugin and they couldn't finish it

Well I want a developer who can make any plugin I desire, Like I said it's not going to be too huge as I only own a Factions Server.
Like I said the biggest thing you would code is a Crate Plugin or something like that with a GUI.

Obviously if the developer isn't able to complete work assigned to them they wouldn't get paid for it lol..

I can code GUIs and I barely know any Java, if a developer tells you a GUI is hard tell him BS... GUI's take about 10 minutes lol...
