LegendDev 3 hours in one week is not "full time"... full time is 40 hours.
Oh my lord, you need to start read a book or something I clearly told you what I meant. I was no-where of saying it was full time, please read through the thread before making a comment.[DOUBLEPOST=1485043831][/DOUBLEPOST]

LegendDev What? In the title it says this dude is looking for a full time developer, then goes on to say three hours per week... there is a huge disparity between the definition of full time and three hours. In addition, don't call me dumb and say I need to "start read a book" when you make two grammatical errors in the damn sentence that you used to insult my intelligence.

What's the issue with that?
The issue with that is he wants you to have been working with bukkit for 3 years but only requires you to be 14 or older.

Yeah, I know a lot of developers that are 14 years old and have around 2-3 experience of java or the bukkit API.

He said you 3+ years in bukkit, not java. Also it doesn't take anywhere near 3 years to fully learn bukkit.

Then you are out of your mind, you don't learn "bukkit" you need to understand the language Java first before even starting with the Bukkit API. Also silly me I meant to say 3 years with java and 2 years with the bukkit API.

I know that you need to learn java before bukkit. The 3 years with bukkit still makes no sense though. It should be a certain amount of years with java and like a half a year to a year with bukkit.

I can vouch on that one.
