I am looking for a Java developer that can code bukkit and spigot plugins and has good knowledge of it. I will need someone who can stick with my server forever pretty much. I need 2-3 devs and I would like you to work with us constantly on the server. Pretty much a full time dev that will stick with us. I am willing to pay, but I will pay monthly and not per project.

You need to gain some rep here and perhaps add a profile pic to add a more personable element instead of a cold MCM logo before you go around looking for developers to hire. You won't find anyone like this.
