I want to find a job as a personal developer on a server.
I am an independent and creative person, and I can work on the initiative without being told.
I lead a community to learn how to make better plugin in facebook, and active in some forum like spigotmc, planetminecraft etc.
I also followed by 860 users in spigotmc

Experiences:
- 3 years java
- 2.5 years bukkit/spigot plugin (include nms)
- 1 year SQL

yeah, that might be high for most server.
