Full Time developers

Hey I am looking for a full time developer. This means that I will pay you on a monthly bases to configure and make plugins for as long as you stay with us. I have a reasonable budget and I only need about 2 more Developers, since we have 1 already. If you are interested message me on discord ItsTigerr#1836

NOTE: We will only ask you to code 2-4 times a month. Otherwise you will be configuring plugins. If we need you to do something a little excessive we will pay you more for that. The starting pay is $7.25. Minimum wage for where I live.

Underpays his developer (20$ a month, or 5$ an hour), blocks me after I say I need an upfront payment, the user is slightly toxic. Wouldn't recommend.

Are you paying upfront? and also let's say you pay 20$ (just using a reference from above) do you expect the developers to code you anything you want? I suggest adding a limit on what you're gonna ask for and adjust your prices.
