[FULL TIME/PAID] Devolper

I am currently the owner of a new factions server in development and we are looking for a full time developer to work for us.
We will need a skilled factions developer that can fix east/west cannoning, small things like essentials and develop a rank managing plugin.
Needs to be be able to code small/medium/large plugins upon request and how much you will be paid is decided on how often you code, how active, and quality of the plugins you develop.

A lot of people are throwing around the word full time on here now. Full time means the developer can work that position, full time, and earn a salary to live off of.

Im sorry I just meant that I need them to work for US not three different servers at a time so when we need a plugin done we can pay them and get it done.

Well this kind of goes under what HM04 said, if you only want them working for you, full time, you would have to supply them the money that they can live off of. Otherwise they are going to work for more than just your server so they can make more money.
